Bella's lullaby

As i laid there, still awake
I heard his soft voice emanate
Oh how wonderful it was
and I loved it just because
It brings back every memory
of the day I turned eighteen
He sang me my own lullaby
that always made me close my eyes
I didn't dare to make a peep
As Edward's voice lulled me to sleep
And now I thank him once again
as I fade off to sleep with him
It almost makes me want to cry,
hearing my own lullaby
